Ostrons extract the toxin and apply it to their weapons when hunting animals. Source: Cut from Cuthol fish via Fisher Hai-Luk in Cetus (Earth). Catch Cuthol in Plains of Eidolon pond hotspots at Night. Also drops from Thumpers in the Plains of Eidolon.
